Traverse Construction is a medium-sized earthworks and civil construction company.

Specialising in large scale house sites, rural landscaping and subdivision completion. We would love to be a part of your project.

Part of Traverse Group since day one, management of Traverse Construction was taken over by husband and wife team Kent and Kelly in 2010. Always willing to take on a challenge, Kent and his team onsite will tackle any obstacle a subdivision throws at them! Construction has a comprehensive range of equipment for all needs and experienced and reliable subcontractors for any specialist work that is outsourced.

Custom-designed spec builds by Traverse Construction

In 2019 the Traverse Construction team expanded their skill set from land development into house builds. Given the premium sections we have to work with and our ability to prepare house sites and landscaping, the natural next step was to complete a site for sale with a custom-designed spec build. We work with architects and suppliers to design and build top class houses, beautifully suited to our land and ready for their lucky new owners to move in and get comfortable.

Dream-makers

The Construction team are key for turning the dreams and visions of Property into reality. Sections of land turn into perfectly formed house-sites with manicured lawns, sealed roads and post and rail fencing. The job requires a lot of skill and a natural eye for how to work with the land to get the best result – not to mention a bit of magic! You could say the Construction team are the fairy godmother of developments!
